HiPpY KiDs PLAYSCHOOL

Our Hippy Kids Playschool is a brand new setting opened in January 2024 for children aged 2 years up. We are situated in the upstairs of South Portslade Community Centre and have a beautiful forest garden for the children to explore and enjoy nature every day.

We have named our new setting a Playschool to intentionally emphasise our play based, child led ethos. The Playschool is an extension of our childminding nest with the centre being very close to our house. The children in our care gently transition to the larger setting when they are ready, guided by our experienced and qualified Early Years Educators.

Our team share their time at both settings and siblings are able to mix throughout the week, grouping together for Messy Play, Yoga sessions and visits to the Nursing home.
